We offer a range of quality and value services for core supports under the NDIS scheme as Nationally recognised registered NDIS providers. We offer assistance with household tasks, community support, activities of daily living, transport and development life skills learning.
Nursing Supports
Solve Care offers nursing supports to participants who are plan managed or self-managed under the NDIS scheme. We offer a range of services in wound care, medication management, diabetic management, continence assessment and management, tracheostomy care and complex personal care needs.
Psychologist
Lubica Vracar
Lubica has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and has been working in the field for over 20 years. Ms Vracar has extensive skills and knowledge in the field of psychology including critical thinking, active listening, CBT therapy, and schema therapy. Lubica is dedicated to serving patients in regional and rural communities by listening to their concerns, and helping them learn how to approach their mental, emotional, and behaviour problems.

Ms Vracar can take both plan managed or self-managed participants not NDIA managed participants.
