Our highly skilled and experienced team of NDIS registered support workers and nurses are committed to helping individuals with disabilities access the community, engage in daily life activities, participate in group activities, and receive high intensity care. Support Workers
Disability Support Workers provide invaluable assistance to people living with disabilities by helping them to access their community and live independently. They assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, transportation, accessing leisure activities, and providing emotional support. These support workers also help to develop skills and promote self-advocacy for people with disabilities.
Nurses
Solve Care nurses provide a wide range of services for people with disabilities, including catheter changes, injections, medication management, wound care, pressure injury assessments and staff education. Our nurses are experienced medical professionals who understand the complexities of caring for individuals with disabilities. They are committed to providing the highest standard of care, ensuring your safety and comfort.
Continence Care Assessments
Our continence care assessments are completed by experienced clinical nurse consultants. They provide a range of services to assist people living with incontinence and help them achieve a better quality of life. Our assessments are tailored to individual needs and provide a comprehensive assessment of a person's continence care needs.
Supported Independent Living
Solve Care provides incredible support to those living with a disability in the Wollongong region, helping them to live independently in the community. Our Supported Independent Living service assists with life skills such as budgeting, meal planning, and other day-to-day activities, while also providing personal care, in-home support, and transport coordination. With round the clock service, our support workers can assist any time of the day. We are committed to helping those living with a disability to live their best life.
High Intensity Support
Our high intensity support service provides around-the-clock care to those with complex disabilities. All our support workers are highly trained in all areas of care requirements, whether it be dementia care, PEG feeding, dyshagia, bowel care, stomas, epilepsy, medication management, manual handling and more. Our team of dedicated care professionals are committed to delivering a high standard of care to all our clients.
