Frequently Asked Questions

Additional Information

What are the prices for your services?

The prices for disability support services are based on the latest NDIS price guide, found on the NDIS commission website. This price guide lists the maximum prices that service providers can charge for various services, and is updated regularly to reflect changes in the market. Prices may vary depending on the specific service required, but all prices are capped at the maximum prices listed in the price guide. This ensures that people with disabilities can access the support they need at a fair and affordable price.

What does your screening and recruitment process entail?

The screening and recruitment process for Solve Care staff is very important to us. We want to make sure that only the best and most qualified people are working for our company. We require all staff members to undergo a rigorous training process before they are hired. This includes a police check and a screening for any previous criminal history. We also look at their experience and qualifications to make sure they are a good fit for the position. We take our time to find the right person for the job so that we can provide the best possible care to our clients.

What is the onboarding process for new participants

At Solve Care, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality care to those who need it most. As such, we have an onboarding process for new participants to ensure that we can meet their individual needs. During the onboarding process, we will have a meeting with the participant to discuss their specific requirements. We will also sign a contract and liaise with the plan manager for allocated funding for required supports. By taking these steps, we can ensure that our participants receive the best possible care and support.
